This position is performed onsite at one of the Company’s operational facilities, unless otherwise specified in the job posting. Compensation: The expected starting base pay range for this position is $99,560 - 124,450, with a full potential base salary range over a successful candidate’s tenure in the position of $124,450 – 149,340. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors. Shift: To Be Determined (schedule varies based on business needs) Employment Logistics: As the Senior Operations Manager at OnTrac, you will report to the Regional Director and lead the day-to-day execution of warehouse operations across assigned shifts and operating areas. You will provide direct leadership to the facility’s operations management team and ensure operating plans are executed safely, efficiently, and consistently. The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for translating facility goals into daily action, coordinating performance across shifts, removing operational barriers, and driving continuous improvement in safety, service, productivity, quality, and cost. This position may act on behalf of the Hub Director when delegated and will support facility-wide initiatives and special projects as needed. GED/Diploma required, bachelor's degree in Logistics or related discipline preferred A minimum of 8 years management experience, 2 in a similar industry; or equivalent combination of both education and specific work experience Last-mile delivery or Small Parcel experience highly desired Experience with an independent contractor model; strong negotiation skills Ability to inspire a shared vision, empower and engage a team Strong organization and time-management skills utilizing MS Office Suite
Work Environment / Physical Requirements:
You will regularly need to talk or listen. You will frequently need to stand, walk, sit, and use your hands to handle or feel. The physical activity associated with this position is considered high. You will regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds. You are occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.

Guide and direct facility management in the development, production, promotion, and financial aspects of the organization's services Direct, plan and budget preparation based on corporate goals and objectives Evaluate the results of overall operations regularly. Systematically report these results to the Regional Operations and General Managers Responsible for coaching, skills development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity for hourly and salaried positions Ensure adherence to all aspects of the contract and work with Vendors and Independent Contractors for accountability to the operating agreement
