  • Manage project risks, resources, and priorities to support successful execution.

Commercial & Pre-Sales Support

  • Provide engineering review of deployment scope, estimates, and project costs.
  • Partner with Sales during customer engagements, technical discussions, and industry events.
  • Support the development of deployment-related tools, templates, and documentation.

Vendor, Contractor & Supply Chain Management

  • Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Monitor vendor performance, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure external partners support efficient and reliable project delivery.

Health, Safety & Field Operations

  • Promote a strong safety culture across all deployment activities.
  • Manage PPE programs, review field risk assessments, and support compliance requirements.
  • Support the training and onboarding of field personnel.

Customer Success & Technical Support

  • Serve as a technical resource for ONYX sensing hardware and inspection technologies.
  • Support customer meetings, issue resolution, and deployment-related technical inquiries.
  • Work across teams to address customer feedback and drive continuous improvement.

Required Experience

  • Demonstrable experience delivering remote device installation programs at scale in complex environments
  • Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and field service providers.
  • Familiarity with QA/QC processes and deployment quality management
  • Previous experience in a people management, supervisory, or team leadership capacity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working at wind farm sites, including up-tower access within nacelles and hubs.
  • Experience with condition monitoring, turbine reliability, or wind turbine sensing technologies.
  • Working knowledge of wind turbine inspection and monitoring practices.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to climb wind turbine towers and work at height while using appropriate PPE and fall protection equipment.
  • Ability to perform site visits in varying weather and field conditions.
  • Approximately 25% domestic travel, with occasional international travel as business needs require.

Salary range: $110,000-$155,000

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
