Als Strategisch Aankoper Bouw & Interieur combineer je technisch inzicht met commerciële scherpte en een sterk gevoel voor cijfers.

Je kijkt verder dan het plaatsen van bestellingen. Je houdt zicht op kosten en budgetten, bouwt sterke relaties uit met leveranciers en onderaannemers en volgt marktontwikkelingen en prijsrisico’s op. Zo draag je bij aan de rendabiliteit, kwaliteit en continuïteit van onze projecten.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je staat in voor de aankoop van materialen, diensten en onderaannemingen en bewaakt daarbij prijs, kwaliteit en leverzekerheid.
  • Je bouwt duurzame relaties uit met leveranciers en onderaannemers en onderhandelt over prijzen en voorwaarden.
  • Je stelt aankoopbudgetten en forecasts op, volgt budget tegenover realisatie op en vertaalt cijfers en afwijkingen naar heldere analyses.
  • Je volgt relevante ontwikkelingen en risico’s op en zoekt naar alternatieven wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Je vraagt gericht prijzen op, vergelijkt offertes en zorgt voor duidelijke afspraken en een correcte opvolging van bestellingen en leveringen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met calculatie, werkvoorbereiding, projectleiding, werfleiding, magazijn en boekhouding en gebruikt aankoopdata om processen verder te professionaliseren.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt een bachelor of master in bouw, houttechnologie, bouwkunde, supply chain of bedrijfsmanagement, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur 5 tot 10 jaar relevante ervaring als aankoper, calculator, werkvoorbereider of projectleider.
  • Je combineert een sterk technisch inzicht met commerciële feeling en bent sterk in cijfers, budgettering en analyse.
  • Je bent een stevige onderhandelaar die niet alleen naar de laagste prijs kijkt, maar ook kwaliteit en de totale kost mee in rekening neemt.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en resultaatgericht, neemt eigenaarschap en bent tegelijk hands on en betrokken bij de praktijk.
