📢 HIRING: AFTER-SCHOOL ABA PARAPROFESSIONAL / BEHAVIOR TECH 📢

We are seeking a patient, dependable, and energetic 1-on-1 Behavior Technician (BT / Paraprofessional) to join LBAPS National for a consistent, high-hour home case in Westchester County. We are supporting a wonderful, verbal 6-year-old boy who functions at a moderate level and exhibits severe behaviors.

This position is ideal for a skilled technician confident in behavior management who wants to make a meaningful, lasting impact alongside a supportive clinical team.

📍 Location: Home-based at 519 Ellendale Avenue, Rye Brook, NY 10573-3518 ⏰ Hours: 25 Hours Per Week 🗓️ Schedule: After-School Hours (Great for consistent afternoon income!) 🗣️ Language Requirement: Spanish-speaking preferred 🇪🇸 💻 Case Details: BCBA supervision is delivered virtually.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide structured, compassionate 1:1 ABA support in the home.
  • Implement behavior intervention plans to manage severe behaviors.
  • Utilize positive reinforcement to help the client reach developmental milestones.
