As an ABA Para, you’ll work one-on-one with a child on skills that can make a real difference in everyday life.

🎯 Help build important life skills β€” from communication and following directions to social interaction and independence.

🎲 Make learning FUN! β€” use play, games, activities, and positive reinforcement to help a child practice new skills.

🌱 Celebrate progress, big and small! β€” every new attempt, every breakthrough, and every step forward matters.

🀝 Be part of a team β€” work with guidance from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and follow an individualized treatment plan designed around the child’s needs.

πŸ’œ No two sessions are exactly alike. You’ll have opportunities to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact while helping a child reach their goals.
