We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer with rostering expertise to join our welcoming and professional team in Neutral Bay.  This is a pivotal role that combines administration, workforce coordination, and stakeholder engagement to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our care community. Your organisational skills, rostering expertise, and customer-focused approach will help ensure our residents receive outstanding care every day. What You'll Do:

Be the warm and welcoming first point of contact for all residents, families, and visitors. Provide essential administrative support including rostering, payroll processing, and maintaining accurate records. Assist with guiding prospective residents and families on tours of our community. Manage accounts, process invoices, and support financial operations. Work closely with the leadership team to ensure our community runs smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Need:

Experience in an administrative, reception, or customer service role (aged care or healthcare experience is a plus Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy A friendly, professional manner with excellent communication skills Proficiency in computer systems including MS Office Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively as part of a team
