About the Role: We're looking for a passionate and energetic Social Activities Coordinator to join our team at Lansdowne Gardens on Wycombe, our premium care community nestled in the picturesque surrounds of Neutral Bay, As a Lifestyle Assistant, you'll help create engaging and meaningful experiences that enrich the lives of our residents. What You'll Do

 Support in designing, planning, and executing a diverse calendar of engaging social events, activities, and bus outings. Work closely with residents to understand their interests and tailor activities to bring them joy Create a vibrant community atmosphere where residents can connect, socialise, and thrive. Collaborate with the Wellbeing Manager and care team to ensure activities support residents' overall wellbeing. Build relationships with volunteers and local community groups to enhance our activity offerings.

What You'll Need:

 A passion for event planning, social activities, or community work (aged care experience essential).

 Creativity, infectious enthusiasm, and outstanding organisational skills.

Exceptional communication skills and a genuine love for working with people.

 A proactive and empathetic nature with the ability to engage residents of all interests and abilities.

 A relevant qualification in event management, lifestyle, or community services.

 Willingness to complete:
