Unsere Projekte sind bunt und vielfältig und betreffen in der Regel die businesskritischen Prozesse unserer Kunden. Du findest Lösungen, die den Ansprüchen unserer Kunden und unseren eigenen gerecht werden. Du erkennst, wann es sinnvoll ist, den Status quo zu hinterfragen und neue Wege zu gehen – genauso wie du weißt, wann ein solider und sinnvoller Stand erreicht ist. Du lässt dich weder von komplexen Anforderungen noch von scheinbar einfachen täuschen und machst aus vagen Chancen spannende Projekte.

KI verändert die Softwareentwicklung und damit auch das Berufsbild grundlegend. Die Veränderung ist sichtbar und umfassend. Wohin sie führt, ist noch nicht endgültig abzusehen. Du hast Lust darauf, deine Erfahrung in diese Veränderung einzubringen, Entwicklungen gemeinsam mit anderen einzuordnen und den Wandel mitzugestalten. Dabei erwarten wir von dir genauso wenig fertige Antworten, wie wir sie heute selbst haben. Umso mehr freuen wir uns auf deine Impulse, Ideen und Perspektiven.
