About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter who advises hiring managers and partners closely with senior leaders across the organization. You're driven to work on high-value talent initiatives and are close to the industry’s most sought-after talent. You’ll work with our existing team members—including technical recruiters, coordinators, sourcers, and cross-functional partners—to drive key hires across engineering, AI, and technical domains.
This role is based in our Singapore office. We use a hybrid work model of 4 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees.
In this role, you will:
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring leaders; align on priorities, org design, and proactive pipelines across key areas.
- Source, engage, and nurture top talent across cross hardware, software, design, research, and/or operations.
- Use data (funnels, pass‑through rates, cycle time, source mix) to improve process, leveling, and compensation decisions.
- Shape interview plans and rubrics; uphold consistent, inclusive assessments and a great candidate experience.
- Craft compelling closing narratives and navigate complex, competitive negotiations.
- Collaborate closely with sourcing partners on talent maps and long‑term pipelines.
