🎨 ABOUT OPENART

OpenArt is an AI Storytelling and Visual Creation Platform used by millions worldwide. We’re building the next generation of creative tools powered by cutting-edge AI, enabling anyone to create videos, visuals, characters, and stories with unprecedented speed and imagination. We believe the future of creativity is AI-native, and we’re shaping that future.

🚀 Why Join OpenArt

- Real impact through leadership exposure — work directly with C-level leaders and the key decision-making committee, with opportunities for your ideas and judgment to shape a product used by more than 10M users worldwide.

- A direct role in growth strategy — help leadership assess where to expand, which customers and partners to prioritize, and how to plan for scale.

- Exposure to the creative AI ecosystem — research the market and gather insights from creative professionals, agencies, model providers, operators and investors.

- Return offer opportunities — strong interns will be considered for full-time roles across product, engineering, research and GTM.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll work with leadership on OpenArt's growth strategy: where to expand, which customers and partners to prioritize, and how to plan for scale. This role suits MBA students from consulting, investment banking or corporate strategy.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE

Year-round internship with rolling start dates: full-time in summer, part-time (15–20 hrs/week) during the academic year. Minimum 3-month commitment

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Market sizing & planning: connect the external market with internal plans. Size opportunities top-down for new segments, including enterprise, studios and agencies, new verticals and international expansion. Build bottom-up operating plans, scenarios and KPI targets that tie those opportunities to our annual and quarterly goals.

- Competitive intelligence: track pricing, product launches, funding and model partnerships across the creative AI landscape. Gather insights through public research and expert calls with creative professionals, agencies, model providers, operators and investors, then turn what you learn into clear judgments the team can align on.

- Partnership deal support: provide strategic support to the Partnerships team on major deals, such as content co-production with media platforms and co-sell programs with AI labs.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

CORE REQUIREMENTS

- Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA. For strong candidates, we don't limit by major. We welcome candidates at any stage, including those on a gap year or in other situations.

- Pre-MBA experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, venture capital or growth equity is preferred, along with the core toolkit that comes with it: strong financial and market modeling from imperfect data, structuring expert or customer interviews into crisp insights, and executive-ready communication in slides and memos.

NICE TO HAVE

- You've built AI into how you work (e.g., agent-driven research or automated modeling workflows).

- Deep understanding of the AI business landscape: how models are built, priced and distributed, where value accrues across the stack, and what that means for application companies like OpenArt.

WORK SETUP

- Bay Area required (hybrid allowed)

- Visa sponsorship available

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

The expected base salary range for this role is $40 to $50 per hour, plus the same in-office benefits as our full-time employees.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

The numbers game

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
