ABOUT OPENLOOP

OpenLoop was co-founded by CEO, Dr. Jon Lensing, and COO, Christian Williams, with the vision to bring care anywhere. Our telehealth support solutions are thoughtfully designed to streamline and simplify go-to-market care delivery for companies offering meaningful virtual support to patients across an expansive array of specialties, in all 50 states.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Enablement Specialist, Go-To-Market Readiness helps make sure every product launch, pathway, and operational change at OpenLoop reaches our Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation teams accurately, on time, and in a form they can act on. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, GTM Readiness, you'll execute key pieces of launch readiness projects, own updates to existing enablement content, and keep our source of truth current as the business evolves.

This role suits someone who has worked in a customer-facing or revenue-generating seat and knows firsthand what it's like to be handed a half-finished change and told to sell or support it. You'll use that perspective to build documentation and training that works for the people in the field, while learning and applying OpenLoop's established enablement frameworks.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Support product and program launches

- Execute defined tasks within launch readiness projects, including building Confluence documentation, developing eLearning courses with Articulate and EasyLlama, and drafting toolkit components such as FAQs and quick-reference guides.

- Conduct discovery interviews with subject matter experts across Product, Clinical Program Operations, and Product Engineering to gather the details revenue teams need, and translate what you learn into clear, accurate content.

- Apply established enablement frameworks and templates to new products and pathways so every launch follows a consistent, repeatable approach.

Own program and product updates

- Own defined projects related to updates to existing programs and products, from identifying what changed through updating Confluence documentation and training materials.

- Keep GTM content in Confluence organized, current, and easy to find, flagging outdated or conflicting information before it causes confusion in the field.

- Track your work and deadlines in the team's system of record, and close the loop with stakeholders when updates go live.

Collaborate cross-functionally

- Partner with Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Revenue Enablement, Clinical Program Operations, and Product Engineering to gather inputs, review drafts, and confirm accuracy of enablement deliverables.

- Help eliminate the "telephone game" by making sure every customer-facing team receives the same accurate information about what's changing and why.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

- 2-5 years of experience in a revenue-generating or B2B customer-facing role, such as sales, account management, or customer success.

- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to turn complex or technical information into clear, plain-language content.

- Comfort asking questions, chasing down answers, and following through without waiting for perfect instructions.

- Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks against deadlines.

NICE TO HAVE

- Experience or certifications in instructional design, employee enablement, or project management.

- Familiarity with knowledge management systems such as Confluence, an LMS, and project tracking tools such as Jira.

- Experience in healthcare, digital health, or a B2B services environment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
