The posting

  • Verificar autorização de material de acordo com pedido médico;
  • Receber agendamento e espelhar para a agenda coletiva;
  • Conferir materiais, instrumentais e equipamentos antes e após as cirurgias conforme check-list;
  • Limpar, higienizar e lubrificar equipamentos, mantendo o bom funcionamento destes, conforme recomendação do fabricante;
  • Realizar checagem da esterilização dos materiais e instrumentais;
  • Fazer emissão de nota fiscal de simples remessa para trânsito e entrega de materiais;
  • Entregar e retirar materiais descartáveis e reprocessados nos hospitais, um dia antes ao procedimento, conforme rotina hospitalar.
  • Prestar auxílio técnico ao cirurgião e/ou equipe quanto aos produtos e equipamentos comercializados, em centro cirúrgico ou visita pontual em consultório.
  • Preencher e colher assinatura do cirurgião no relatório de OPME, informando o uso dos materiais solicitados e autorizados, colando a etiqueta/lacre no mesmo;
  • Solicitar cópia do descritivo cirúrgico para anexar juntos aos documentos necessários para faturamento;
  • Fazer devolução de simples remessa, retornando os itens excedentes ao estoque, quando houver, anexar autorização, descritivo de OPME, lacres e pós cirúrgico, atualizando no sistema para deixar o processo em reservado para faturamento;
  • Munir o Especialista Técnico Comercial de informações relevantes levantadas no centro cirúrgico que possam contribuir para as tratativas comerciais dele com os clientes;
  • Prestar suporte para o departamento de faturamento localizando e buscando documentos quando necessário, em tempo hábil;
  • Prestar suporte ao departamento comercial buscando informações necessárias para o bom andamento das negociações;
  • Solicitar caixa rotativo para gastos com despesas, conforme política da empresa, para atendimentos fora da cidade de origem;
  • Retirar e entregar materiais em transportadoras ou aeroporto que por ventura não foram entregues na loja física de cada região e que necessitam do insumo com certa urgência;
  • Realizar inventário cíclico, mensalmente.
  • Solicitar por e-mail ao setor de suprimentos itens necessários para o reabastecimento do estoque local, conforme demanda e necessidade;
  • Apoiar a coordenação nas atividades administrativas;
  • Manter o ambiente limpo e organizado;
  • Usar os equipamentos de proteção individual (EPIs) necessários;
  • Primar pela qualidade dos serviços, menor tempo de execução e satisfação do cliente;

Requisitos e atividades

  • Curso Técnico em Enfermagem ou Graduação em Enfermagem;
  • Possuir CNH;
  • Ter veículo próprio.
