Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais ResponsabilidadesMonitorar e garantir a implementação das políticas, processos e procedimentos organizacionais nas unidades escolares.Acompanhar e apoiar a execução do planejamento anual da empresa, assegurando aderência às diretrizes estratégicas.Assegurar o controle de qualidade dos serviços e produtos operacionais oferecidos pelas unidades.Garantir que os colégios estejam em conformidade com todas as exigências legais e regulatórias para funcionamento.Trabalhar para o atingimento das metas de desempenho operacional e financeiro das unidades sob sua gestão.Acompanhar os processos operacionais visando a identificação dos resultados reais das unidades, analisando custos, eficiência e oportunidades de melhoria.Planejar, acompanhar e controlar o orçamento anual das unidades, garantindo o uso adequado dos recursos e o controle de custos.Planejar e acompanhar os investimentos e despesas das unidades, assegurando alinhamento ao orçamento e às prioridades estratégicas.Coordenar e supervisionar a atuação de empresas terceirizadas, garantindo qualidade, cumprimento contratual e alinhamento aos padrões da organização.Acompanhar os processos de certificação, homologação ou exclusão de fornecedores, como fabricantes e pontos de venda de uniformes.Assegurar a disponibilidade de recursos para implantação, manutenção e melhoria do Sistema de Gestão Ambiental (SGA), quando aplicável.Apoiar processos de aquisição de novas unidades escolares, acompanhando e auxiliando a execução do plano de negócio.Liderar e desenvolver os Supervisores Administrativos (Coordenadores Administrativos) , promovendo alinhamento, feedback, padronização de processos e desenvolvimento de competências.Desdobrar projetos e plano estratégico para os Supervisores Administrativos (Coordenadores Administrativos) ,Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:Formação e Técnicas: Graduação em Administração ou áreas afins, com domínio de Excel.Gestão de Operações: Experiência em planejamento orçamentário, acompanhamento de processos e projetos.Liderança e Estratégia: Habilidade para liderar equipes administrativas, desdobrar estratégias e assegurar a execução de políticas, padrões e metas operacionais.Diferencias:Atuação em ambiente escolarInformações adicionaisOferecemosPlano de saúde e odontológico;Alimentação Descontos exclusivos;E mais benefícios a serem contemplados no processo seletivo
