Buscamos uma pessoa para atuar na área de Operações de Vendas, apoiando a gestão e organização das informações comerciais, acompanhamento de indicadores e suporte ao time de vendas. A posição terá atuação próxima aos Account Managers, sendo responsável pela gestão e atualização do CRM, elaboração de relatórios e dashboards em Power BI e apoio no acompanhamento e medição das metas comerciais. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerenciar e manter as informações do CRM (C4C) atualizadas; Apoiar os Account Managers no acompanhamento e atualização das demandas comerciais; Elaborar e atualizar relatórios de dashboards em BI para acompanhamento dos indicadores da área;Apoiar na gestão no acompanhamento e medição das metas comerciais; Garantir a qualidade e organização das informações utilizadas pelo time de vendas; Apoiar as rotinas e processos de Operações de Vendas; Identificar oportunidades de melhorias nos processos e controles da área; Trabalhar em parceria com o time comercial, garantindo o cumprimento das demandas e prazos. Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior Completo ou cursando em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Economia ou áreas correlatas; Conhecimento prático em CRM, preferencialmente C4C;Conhecimento em BI; Dominio pacote office; Inglês intermediário; Diferencial: Inglês avançado; Experiencias anteriores em Operações Comerciais e ou suporte à área de vendas; Informações adicionaisLocal de trabalho: Zonal Sul - Morumbi
