Misión del puesto

*Coordinar y asegurar el pago correcto de impuestos estatales y federales. *Coordinacion y administracion de aperturas de registros estatales del Impuesto Sobre Nominas. *Apoyo en timbrado y conciliacion de los CFDI de nominas.

Descripción de puesto

*Asegurar el correcto registro de establecimientos ante las dependencias estatales y federales.

*Asegurar las bases correctas para el cálculo del impuesto sobre nómina en todos los estados.

*Asegurar el correcto resguardo de la documentación correspondiente.

*Garantizar la Baja de los Registros Estatales de las empresas (dadas de baja) .

*Implementación del Repositorio Institucional.

*Apoyo en timbrado y conciliacion de los CFDI de nominas.

*Calculo y analisis de Impuestos Estatales como su pago en la banca electronica.

*Actualizacion de datos en el portal estatal.

*Atencion a plazas y requerimientos e inspecciones de las instituciones gubernamentales.

*Actualizacion de datos personales de colaboradores.

*Analisis de base de datos.

*Analisis y conciliacion de timrbado de CFDI de nomina.
