Com sede em Esteio/RS e na região Paulista/PE, também operando com um Centro de Distribuição em Araçariguama/SP, há mais 75 anos, a InBetta, através das suas unidades de negócio, fabrica ampla linha de produtos em diferentes segmentos, sendo referência nos seus mercados de atuação.Se você também acredita que a criatividade facilita a vida, confira as oportunidades disponíveis.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar projetos de desenvolvimento e melhoria de produtos, processos e tecnologias, buscando inovação, eficiência e competitividade para o negócio.Conduzir estudos de viabilidade técnica, análise de tendências e identificação de oportunidades para novos materiais, produtos e soluções.Coordenar testes, experimentos e validações técnicas, garantindo a conformidade com requisitos normativos e de qualidade.Aplicar metodologias de melhoria contínua, Lean Manufacturing e resolução estruturada de problemas para otimização de processos.Desenvolver e acompanhar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) relacionados à pesquisa, desenvolvimento e inovação.Atuar de forma integrada com as áreas de Produção, Qualidade, Engenharia, Marketing e Suprimentos para viabilizar novos projetos.Liderar análises de causa raiz e planos de ação para melhoria da performance e confiabilidade dos produtos e processos.Identificar oportunidades de redução de custos, aumento de produtividade e ganho de eficiência operacional.Estruturar e conduzir projetos de transformação e excelência operacional, promovendo a cultura de inovação e melhoria contínua. Elaborar relatórios técnicos, apresentações executivas e acompanhamento de resultados para a liderança.Realizar benchmarking, pesquisas de mercado e avaliação de novas tecnologias aplicáveis ao negócio.Gerenciar cronogramas, riscos e recursos dos projetos de desenvolvimento, assegurando o cumprimento dos objetivos estabelecidos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior completo em Engenharia de Produção, Administração ou áreas afins.Experiência em gestão de projetos multidisciplinares, desenvolvimento de produtos ou melhoria de processos.Conhecimento em ferramentas Lean e metodologias de excelência operacional.
