Acompanhe nossas vagas e se cadastre.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar e apoiar na especificação de geometria de máquinas e acompanhar montagens em dispositivos mecânicos e ações corretivas.Executar solução de problemas críticos em ambiente produção com análise estruturada e solução de causa raiz promovendo a melhoria constante dos sistemas mecânicos.Apoiar a equipe de manutenção corretiva e preventiva na solução de problemas complexos e montagens com geometria e alinhamento de dispositivos.Desenvolvimento de Dispositivos: Propor ideias de melhoria e aumento de confiabilidade e acompanhar montagens e ajustar dispositivos mecânicos para otimização de processos.Manutenção Preditiva: aplicar técnicas de análise de vibração, termografia infravermelha e monitoramento de desgaste para antecipar falhas em equipamentos.Instalação e Configuração: Supervisionar e comissionar a instalação de células automatizadas, garantindo alinhamento mecânico, integração com sistemas elétricos e conformidade com normas de segurança (NR-12, NR-10, NR-15, NR17). Garantindo a existência de peças críticas em estoque.Liderança Técnica: Orientar e capacitar a equipe de manutenção em boas práticas de mecânica industrial, automação e usinagem, promovendo a transferência de conhecimento.Documentação Técnica: Elaborar relatórios detalhados de intervenções, planos de manutenção e registros no sistema de gestão de ativos, além de realizar análise de FMEA e ferramentas de RCM. Analisar e desdobrar projetos e desenhos técnicos mecânicos e projetos e esquemas pneumáticos.Suportar o PPCM e a equipe de confiabilidade no desenvolvimento da confiabilidade da manutenção com perfil mão na massa com atuações constantes em campo e com análises e desdobramento de planos de ação.Executar plano de lubrificação técnico com análises e acompanhamento de desempenho de equipamento.Requisitos e qualificações Ensino Médio Técnico completo em Mecânica, Eletromecânica, Manutenção Industrial ou áreas correlatas, com registro no órgão competente quando aplicável.
