Buscamos um(a) Analista de Dados Sênior para integrar o nosso time, contribuindo com a análise e transformação de dados em informações relevantes para o negócio. Procuramos um profissional com perfil analítico, visão crítica e capacidade de traduzir dados em insights que apoiem a tomada de decisão e a evolução dos resultados.

Responsabilidades e atribuições•Realizar a extração de dados de diferentes fontes, incluindo SAP;•Tratar, organizar e modelar dados utilizando principalmente SQL, Power BI, DAX, Power Query e Python;•Desenvolver, atualizar e manter dashboards, indicadores e relatórios gerenciais;•Consolidar informações provenientes de diferentes bases e áreas do negócio;•Acompanhar KPIs e indicadores de performance, apoiando na identificação de oportunidades de melhoria;•Garantir a qualidade, integridade e consistência dos dados utilizados nas análises;•Apoiar as áreas internas com informações e análises para a tomada de decisão;•Participar de iniciativas de automação, melhoria contínua e otimização de processos.Requisitos e qualificações · Experiência como Analista de Dados, BI ou em funções similares;

· Conhecimento avançado em SQL para consulta, transformação e análise de dados;

· Conhecimento avançado em Power BI e DAX;

· Conhecimento em Power Query e linguagem M;

· Conhecimento em Python aplicado à análise, tratamento e automação de dados;

· Experiência com modelagem de dados e modelagem dimensional;

· Conhecimento em processos de ETL/ELT;

· Experiência na construção de dashboards, indicadores e KPIs;

· Capacidade para trabalhar com grandes volumes de dados;

· Capacidade de compreender regras de negócio e transformá-las em soluções e análises de dados;

· Perfil analítico, autonomia, organização e boa comunicação com as áreas de negócio.
