Garantir a excelência operacional da jornada de manutenção da frota, liderando a auditoria de processos e da rede de fornecedores, promovendo controle, eficiência, redução de desvios e melhoria contínua. Atuando na construção de uma operação orientada por indicadores, governança e qualidade, assegurando a conformidade dos serviços, a otimização de custos e a evolução constante dos processos em parceria com as áreas de Operações, Suprimentos, Manutenção e Tecnologia.

Principais Responsabilidades

Mapeamento e Garantia de Processos: Mapear, padronizar e monitorar os fluxos operacionais ponta a ponta da jornada de manutenção preventivas e corretivas da frota. Gestão e Auditoria da Rede de Fornecedores: Definir e aplicar rotinas de auditoria (presencial e remota) nos prestadores de serviço e rede credenciada, garantindo conformidade com SLAs, qualidade das entregas e aderência aos custos contratados. Auditoria e Monitoramento: Definir e aplicar rotinas de auditoria nas aprovações de serviços na Matriz e/ou rede externa Criação e Gestão de KPIs: Construir dashboards e indicadores operacionais/financeiros para acompanhamento contínuo dos volumes de auditorias, taxas de conformidade, desvios e oportunidades de eficiência. Liderança e Gestão de Equipe: Coordenar, desenvolver e engajar o time direto de auditoria/processos, promovendo um ambiente colaborativo e orientado a alta performance. Interface Corporativa e Gestão de Stakeholders: Atuar em forte alinhamento com pares (Operações, Suprimentos/Procurement, Manutenção, Sistemas/IT) para implementação de melhorias contínuas e solução de gargalos operacionais. Melhoria Contínua e Inovação: Identificar gargalos, sugerir automações de controle e redesenhar processos operacionais para aumentar a produtividade e reduzir desperdícios/custos operacionais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação Acadêmica: Ensino Superior completo em Engenharia (Produção, Mecânica ou correlatas), Administração, Logística, Gestão de Processos ou áreas afins.Experiência Segmentada: Experiência comprovada em empresas do segmento de frotas leves (Locação de Veículos, Gestão/Terceirização de Frotas, Logística ou Autopeças/Manutenção).Domínio de Processos e Auditoria: Sólida bagagem em mapeamento de processos (BPMN, PDCA, Kaizen, Lean) e implementação de rotinas de auditoria operacional/de fornecedores.Experiência com construção de KPIs e ferramentas de visualização de dados (Power BI, Excel Avançado ou similares).Disponibilidade para atuar 100% presencial.
