Ihr Verantwortungsbereich

Als selbständiger Niederlassungsleiter / Managing Partner führen Sie Ihre Region mit unternehmerischer Gesamtverantwortung. Sie entwickeln Ihre Marktposition strategisch weiter, prägen die Ausrichtung Ihres Standortes und gestalten Umsatz\- und Ertragsentwicklung eigenständig. Dabei agieren Sie als Partner innerhalb einer starken, international vernetzten Organisation.

Sie bauen Ihren Standort systematisch aus und etablieren ihn nachhaltig im Markt. Sie gewinnen Unternehmen in Ihrer Zielbranche, beraten diese bei der Besetzung von Fach\- und Führungspositionen und positionieren sich als kompetenter Sparringspartner auf Augenhöhe. Gleichzeitig rekrutieren Sie weitere Partner für Ihre Region, entwickeln diese unternehmerisch weiter und gestalten aktiv den strukturellen Ausbau Ihres Marktgebietes. Sie tragen die Verantwortung für Wachstum, Marktpräsenz und wirtschaftlichen Erfolg Ihrer Niederlassung.

Ihre Persönlichkeit

Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Führungs\- und Managementerfahrung und haben unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln erfolgreich unter Beweis gestellt. Sie besitzen ein gewachsenes Netzwerk in einer prosperierenden Branche und verbinden strategische Weitsicht mit ausgeprägter Abschlussstärke. Wachstum motiviert Sie, Verantwortung spornt Sie an, und Sie sind bereit, Ihren Erfolg unmittelbar an Ihrer eigenen unternehmerischen Leistung zu messen. Sie führen mit Klarheit, Überzeugungskraft und unternehmerischem Anspruch.
