OPSKY est une ESN spécialisée dans la cybersécurité et l'infrastructure IT. Filiale du groupe Keyrus, OPSKY accompagne ses clients – grands comptes, ETI et acteurs publics – dans le pilotage global de leur sécurité numérique, de la stratégie à l’opérationnel.

Dans le cadre du développement de notre pôle Gouvernance, Risques & Conformité, nous recherchons un(e) Consultant(e) Expert(e) en Conformité Réglementaire. Vous interviendrez sur des missions à fort enjeu autour des cadres ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA, RGPD, PCI DSS, et des dispositifs de gouvernance SSI.

Vos missions

Vous participerez à la conception, au déploiement et au suivi de programmes de conformité pour nos clients. Vos responsabilités principales incluront :

Cartographier les obligations réglementaires applicables (cyber, IT, data, sectorielles) et analyser leur impact sur l’organisation.

Piloter la mise en conformité avec les référentiels de sécurité : ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA, RGPD, HDS, PCI DSS, etc.

Élaborer des politiques, procédures et cadres de gouvernance adaptés à chaque contexte.

Conduire des audits de conformité et des analyses d’écarts (gap analysis).

Accompagner les RSSI, DPO, directions métiers ou juridiques dans la mise en œuvre opérationnelle des exigences réglementaires.

Contribuer à la veille réglementaire et à la formalisation de guides ou modèles internes OPSKY.

Former et sensibiliser les collaborateurs et parties prenantes à la culture conformité et sécurité.

Profil recherché

Bac +5 (école d’ingénieur, université ou école de commerce) avec spécialisation cybersécurité, droit du numérique ou gestion des risques.

Expérience confirmée (3 à 7 ans) dans la conformité réglementaire ou la gouvernance SSI, idéalement en cabinet de conseil, ESN ou au sein d’une direction sécurité / conformité.

Excellente connaissance des principaux cadres réglementaires : ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA, RGPD, EBIOS RM, etc.

Bonne compréhension des environnements IT et des processus de sécurité opérationnelle.

Capacité à dialoguer avec des interlocuteurs techniques, juridiques et métiers.

Qualités rédactionnelles, esprit d’analyse et sens de la pédagogie.

Les certifications suivantes sont un plus : ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor
