TÉCNICO DE CAMPO JÚNIOR

RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES

  • Atender e solucionar chamados técnicos relacionados a hardware, software, sistemas, aplicativos e telefonia.
  • Prestar suporte aos usuários, realizando criação e exclusão de contas de e-mail, configuração de acessos e gerenciamento de permissões.
  • Diagnosticar e corrigir falhas em estações de trabalho, efetuando reparos e substituição de componentes quando necessário.
  • Instalar, configurar e administrar redes Wi-Fi, switches, roteadores e equipamentos Ubiquiti.
  • Executar manutenção preventiva e corretiva em equipamentos e infraestrutura de TI.
  • Realizar limpeza técnica, troca de componentes, testes e certificação de pontos de rede.
  • Instalar, configurar e prestar suporte a impressoras, scanners, webcams, roteadores e demais periféricos.
  • Instalar e configurar sistemas operacionais e aplicativos, garantindo seu pleno funcionamento.
  • Identificar, analisar e resolver incidentes relacionados a equipamentos, conectividade e infraestrutura tecnológica.
  • Registrar e acompanhar atendimentos por meio do sistema de chamados.
  • Elaborar e manter atualizadas as Ordens de Serviço (OS), registrando de forma clara todas as atividades executadas.
  • Controlar e atualizar o inventário de ativos de TI e patrimônio tecnológico da empresa.
  • Abrir e acompanhar chamados junto a fornecedores e parceiros quando necessário.
  • Atuar em campo com visão crítica e proativa, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e otimização dos ambientes atendidos.
  • Apoiar projetos de implantação, expansão e atualização da infraestrutura tecnológica.

REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES

  • Ensino Técnico em TI completo ou cursando.
  • Conhecimento em manutenção e suporte de hardware e software para estações de trabalho.
  • Conhecimento em redes de computadores, incluindo configuração de Wi-Fi, switches e roteadores.
  • Experiência com equipamentos Ubiquiti será considerado um diferencial.
  • Experiência anterior em suporte técnico e atendimento a usuários.
  • Conhecimento básico em Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory e serviços de rede será considerado um diferencial.
  • CNH Categoria B.
  • Disponibilidade para deslocamentos e atendimentos externos.
  • Boa comunicação, proatividade, aderência quanto as políticas, normas e procedimentos, aprendizagem contínua, excelência funcional, foco na qualidade, obtenção de resultados, trabalho em equipe, planejamento e organização e segurança corporativa.
  • Facilidade para documentação técnica e elaboração de relatórios de atendimento.
