ab sofort in Vollzeit in Jenbach

Ihre Aufgaben

* Fachkundige Beratung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden

* Durchführung von Sehtests und Bedarfserhebungen

* Anpassung von Brillen und Kontaktlinsen

* Anfertigung, Reparatur und Qualitätskontrolle von Sehhilfen

* Unterstützung bei der Betriebsorganisation

* Führung und Einschulung von Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern

* Ausbildung von Lehrlingen

* Sicherstellung eines erstklassigen Kundenservices

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Meisterprüfung als Augenoptiker/in

* Berufserfahrung in der Augenoptik von Vorteil

* Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung

* Selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit

* Freude an der Mitarbeiterführung und Wissensvermittlung

Entlohnung

Das Mindestentgelt richtet sich nach dem geltenden Kollektivvertrag. Eine deutliche Überzahlung ist bei entsprechender Qualifikation und Erfahrung möglich.
