Deine Aufgaben

  • Du steuerst die reibungslose Umsetzung unserer Direct-Mail-Kampagnen,von der Buchung auf der Plattform über den passenden Druckpartner bis hin zum Briefkasten des Endkunden
  • Du prüfst angelieferte Druckdaten auf technische Machbarkeit (Auflösung, Anschnitt, Farbräume, Datenaufbereitung/Preflight) und stellst sicher, dass die Formate automationsfähig für internationale Postgesellschaften sind.Als Expert:in unterstützt du unsere Kunden aktiv bei allen Fragen rund um Druckprozesse, internationale Porto- und Logistikprozesse und die Adressvalidierung und -bereinigung
  • Wenn Druckdaten oder Formate Mängel aufweisen, gibst du den Kunden proaktiv und lösungsorientiert Rückmeldung, um Fehldrucke und Portozuschläge zu vermeiden
  • Du kalkulierst Preise für unsere Kunden und verfolgst die Auftragsabwicklung bis hin zur Rechnungsstellung
  • Durch den Austausch mit den Teams Product, Customer Success und Marketing & Sales lernst Du Zusammenhänge kennen und hilfst mit Deinen Ideen und Erfahrungen bei der ständigen Verbesserung unserer Software
  • Die kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Prozesse innerhalb des Operations Teams hast du ebenfalls stets auf deiner Agenda

Dein Profil

  • Du konntest bereits Berufserfahrung sammeln in einer Werbe- oder Medienagentur, einer Druckerei oder im Umgang mit nationalen und internationalen Postdienstleistern
  • Du besitzt Grund- bzw. Praxiswissen in der Print-Produktion / Druckabwicklung und hast ein gutes Verständnis für postalische Versandanforderungen
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team, kannst Verantwortung übernehmen und hast immer einen Blick für Optimierungen sowie hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Du bist strukturiert, arbeitest präzise, kennst dich mit Excel aus und kannst Dich und Deine Arbeit gut organisieren und priorisieren
  • Du sprichst Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau und fließend Englisch
