Gezocht: tweetalige gedreven technische verkoper

Optima Networks is een kleine, maar gedreven “added value” distributeur in het landschap van de camerabeveiliging. Wij streven er naar om steeds alle nodige kennis in huis te hebben om onze partners en hun projecten optimaal te kunnen begeleiden. Dit alles vanuit een klein, hecht team waar we los, maar wel respectvol met elkaar omgaan.

Er wordt gewerkt in een veilige, open en laagdrempelige sfeer waar iedereen zeer benaderbaar is. We streven naar een cultuur waarin zowel collega’s als leidinggevende open communiceren en constructieve feedback durven geven en kunnen ontvangen.

Vanuit duidelijke verwachtingen streven we toch steeds naar een respect voor een goede work-life balans.

In het kader van een verdere uitbreiding van ons portfolio in de richting van netwerken en wifi, zijn we op zoek naar een sterke teamspeler om Optima te vergezellen naar een hoger niveau. Onze optimale kandidaat is een gedreven salespersoon die zich vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels kan uitdrukken. Hij of zij moet zich als een teamspeler opstellen om zodoende onze partners en eindklanten alle focus te kunnen geven die ze verdienen.

In de eerste periode verwachten we dat de nieuwe salespersoon een groot deel van zijn/haar tijd zal moeten uitbellen. Na verloop van tijd en in functie van de snelheid waarmee hij/zij de producten oppikt, zal dit evolueren naar eerder pre-sales support waarbij projectondersteuning voor onze partners de overhand zal krijgen. In een klein team als het onze, zijn de dagelijkse functies nooit 100% afgelijnd. Er moet dus rekening gehouden worden met een grote mate van flexibiliteit in de job omschrijving.

Wij kijken uit om onze nieuwe collega op te nemen in ons team en deze te begeleiden naar de kennis die nodig is om onze oplossingen succesvol aan onze partners voor te stellen.
