Η Optimal, για λογαριασμό μεγάλης εταιρείας που παρέχει ολοκληρωμένες υπηρεσίες ενέργειας, αναζητά Εκπροσώπους Τηλεφωνικής Προώθησης Προϊόντων Ενέργειας.

Πρόκειται για θέση πλήρους και μερικής απασχόλησης, Δευτέρα έως Παρασκευή, με κυλιόμενο ωράριο, με στόχο την ανάπτυξη του πελατολογίου και την προώθηση των προϊόντων και υπηρεσιών της εταιρείας.

Τι θα κάνεις:

  • Θα επικοινωνείς με υφιστάμενους και δυνητικούς πελάτες και θα παρουσιάζεις τα προϊόντα και τις υπηρεσίες της εταιρείας.
  • Θα διερευνάς τις ανάγκες των πελατών και θα προτείνεις τις κατάλληλες ενεργειακές λύσεις.
  • Θα πραγματοποιείς πωλήσεις και ανανεώσεις συμβολαίων, αξιοποιώντας τις διαθέσιμες εμπορικές προτάσεις.
  • Θα ενημερώνεις τους πελάτες για τα διαθέσιμα προγράμματα, τις προσφορές και τα οφέλη των υπηρεσιών.

Τι θέλουμε από σένα:

  • Επιθυμητή προϋπηρεσία σε τηλεφωνικές πωλήσεις.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Η/Υ και εξοικείωση με MS Office και Internet browsers.
  • Καλή γνώση και χρήση συστημάτων CRM.
  • Καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας, τόσο σε προφορικό όσο και σε γραπτό επίπεδο.
  • Ανεπτυγμένες επικοινωνιακές και διαπραγματευτικές ικανότητες.
  • Ικανότητα ενεργητικής ακρόασης και ουσιαστικής κατανόησης των αναγκών του πελάτη.
  • Προσανατολισμό στην επίτευξη στόχων και στα αποτελέσματα.
  • Επαγγελματισμό, θετική διάθεση και πελατοκεντρική προσέγγιση.
