H Optimal, για λογαριασμό πελάτη της, γνωστού αρτοποιείου στην Αθήνα, αναζητά Ζαχαροπλάστη/στρια για το εργαστήριο του στα Σεπόλια.

Τι θα κάνεις:

  • Συμμετοχή στην παρασκευή προϊόντων ζαχαροπλαστικής και βιενουαζερί.
  • Εκτέλεση των διαδικασίών παραγωγής σύμφωνα με τις εγκεκριμένες συνταγές και οδηγίες.
  • Ζύγισμα και προετοιμασία των πρώτων υλών σύμφωνα με τις συνταγές.
  • Συμμετοχή στις διαδικασίες φυλλοποίησης, ψησίματος και τελικού φινιρίσματος των προϊόντων.
  • Τήρηση των κανόνων υγιεινής, ασφάλειας τροφίμων και καθαριότητας του χώρου.
  • Σωστή διαχείριση, σήμανση και αποθήκευση πρώτων υλών και έτοιμων προϊόντων.
  • Άμεση αναφορά οποιασδήποτε απόκλισης ή προβλήματος που μπορεί να επηρεάσει την παραγωγή ή την ποιότητα των προϊόντων.
  • Συμμετοχή στον καθαρισμό και την ορθή χρήση του εξοπλισμού και του χώρου εργασίας.

Τι θέλουμε από εσένα:

  • Πτυχίο σε αντίστοιχη σχολή Ζαχαροπλαστικής ή παρόμοιου κλάδου ή αντίστοιχη προϋπηρεσία (1-3 έτη σε ζαχαροπλαστείο ή micro-bakery)
  • Ιδανικά εμπειρία στην φυλλοποίηση / χρήση σφολιατομηχανής / παραγωγή κρουασάν
  • Τήρηση κανόνων & υγιεινής και τάξης
  • Συνέπεια και υπευθυνότητα
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα και συνεργασία
  • Οργανωτικότητα και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
