Η Optimal, για λογαριασμό της Ε.Ι. ΠΑΠΑΔΟΠΟΥΛΟΣ Α.Ε., μιας από τις κορυφαίες και πλέον αναγνωρίσιμες βιομηχανίες τροφίμων στην Ελλάδα, αναζητά Διευθυντή Συντήρησης για το εργοστάσιό της στη Θεσσαλονίκη.

Αναζητούμε έναν δυναμικό επαγγελματία που θα αναλάβει την ηγεσία της λειτουργίας συντήρησης, συμβάλλοντας καθοριστικά στην αξιοπιστία του εξοπλισμού, τη βελτιστοποίηση της παραγωγικής διαδικασίας και την ανάπτυξη της τεχνικής ομάδας.

Τι θα κάνεις στην καθημερινότητά σου:

  • Σχεδιασμό και υλοποίηση στρατηγικής συντήρησης (Preventive / Predictive / Corrective)
  • Μείωση απρογραμμάτιστων στάσεων και βελτίωση δεικτών MTBF / MTTR
  • Ανάλυση βλαβών (Root Cause Analysis) και εφαρμογή μόνιμων λύσεων
  • Ευθύνη για κρίσιμο εξοπλισμό παραγωγής (γραμμές μορφοποίησης, ovens, conveyors, packaging κ.ά.)
  • Διοίκηση, καθοδήγηση και ανάπτυξη της ομάδας συντήρησης
  • Διαχείριση κόστους συντήρησης, ανταλλακτικών και εξωτερικών συνεργατών
  • Συνεργασία με Παραγωγή σε planning, shutdowns και έργα βελτίωσης
  • Διασφάλιση τήρησης κανόνων ασφάλειας και προτύπων βιομηχανίας τροφίμων

Τι φέρνεις μαζί σου:

  • Πτυχίο Μηχανολόγου Μηχανικού ΑΕΙ
  • 7+ έτη εμπειρίας σε βιομηχανικό περιβάλλον (ιδανικά FMCG / τρόφιμα)
  • Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος σπουδών (MBA ή MSc) θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν
  • Ισχυρή γνώση συστημάτων προληπτικής συντήρησης, μηχανικής αξιοπιστίας και διάγνωσης βλαβών
  • Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία στη διοίκηση τεχνικών ομάδων
  • Ισχυρή γνώση μηχανολογικών, ηλεκτρολογικών συστημάτων και βιομηχανικού αυτοματισμού
  • Εμπειρία σε SAP PM και πολύ καλή γνώση Η/Υ
  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών (γραπτά και προφορικά)
