About the Role: Are you an experienced technical support professional with a passion for high-availability financial systems? We are scaling our Singapore team to support a premier banking client in the Cards & Payments domain. We are looking for an Engineer who thrives on problem-solving, automation, and operational excellence.

What You Will Do:

  • Drive application stability and environment management across Development, SIT, UAT, and Mock Run.
  • Perform proactive system health monitoring, capacity tracking, and batch cycle support using Geneos and Splunk.
  • Troubleshoot end-to-end issues spanning Linux/Unix (RHEL), JBoss, Oracle/PostgreSQL databases, and network layers.
  • Drive operational efficiency by writing automation scripts in Python, Java, and Shell.
  • Manage seamless release implementations, deployments, and certificate/patch updates.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • 6+ years of experience in L3 application support, production operations, or system administration.
  • Strong domain background or familiarity with Cards and Payments systems (VisionPLUS / Cardlink experience is a huge plus).
  • Proficiency in Linux/Unix, SQL debugging, and REST APIs.
  • Experience with event-driven architectures, microservices, and CI/CD toolsets.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage high-pressure incident resolutions independently.
