  • Skilled middleware professional with at least 10 years of experience in IT and at least 7-8 years hands-on experience in middleware webhosting and application server products in a large organization, preferably banking environment.
  • Hands on experience in administering IBM middleware products i.e. WebSphere and WebLogic Application Server, WebSphere Portal, WebSphere Process Server, WebSphere Liberty, WebLogic Forms and Reports, IHS (IBM HTTP Server).
  • Experience in IT security compliance and implementation and use of security protocols (SSL, Server certificates etc.).
  • Good experience using WAS Scripting, J2EE, XML, SQL, and Shell/Perl Scripting.
  • Experience with Unix system administration and TCP/IP networking.
  • Familiarity of Compliance and risk management frameworks and methodologies (ISO27002, SDLC).
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Hands on experience on at least one public Cloud such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Success attributes include initiative, the ability to perform under pressure, strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills as well as analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with internal customers and team members.
  • Proficiency in working on Linux/Unix and Windows system.
  • Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive Middleware disaster recovery plans and end-to-end runbooks for complex infrastructure platform operations.
  • Experience in DevOps and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Spinnaker would be advantage
