Optimum Ventilation er en ventilationsvirksomhed i rivende udvikling.

Vi har gennem årene leveret stærke økonomiske resultater takket være vores dygtige medarbejdere og vores gennemgående passion for at levere ventilationsløsninger af højeste kvalitet til byggeprojekter på tværs af Danmark.

Vi udfører både større og mindre ventilationsentrepriser – primært inden for nybyg – til alle slags byggerier. Vores organisation tæller i dag 35 medarbejdere fordelt på to kontorer i hhv. Fredericia og Taastrup. Vi har egne projektledere, tekniske designere, byggeledere og indreguleringsteknikere, ligesom vi har vores egen serviceafdeling og et mindre team af administrative medarbejdere.

Du har nu mulighed for at blive en del af vores rejse og få en ledende rolle i driften og udviklingen af vores virksomhed. Lige nu er vi nemlig på udkig efter en dedikeret og dygtig afdelingsleder til vores team og projekter på Sjælland.

Som afdelingsleder vil du være ansvarlig for:

– Projektering af projekter på Sjælland i samarbejde med projekteringsleder

– Lønsom drift og udvikling af projekter på Sjælland

– Håndtering af kundeansvar og kundekontakt, herunder netværksopbygning

– Økonomistyring og budgettering af projekter på Sjælland i samarbejde med projektledere

– Styring og koordinering af diverse opgaver i afdelingen

– Ledelse af en personalegruppe på 6-8 medarbejdere

Du vil i dagligdagen indgå i et ledelsesteam med vores serviceleder og afdelingsleder i Jylland. Ledelsesteamet skal sikre drift og performance i Optimum Ventilation og refererer til den administrerende direktør.

Som afdelingsleder forventer vi, at du:

– Har en relevant baggrund inden for ventilation

– Har solid økonomisk forståelse – erfaring med projektøkonomi

– Har stærke ledelsesmæssige færdigheder

– Er beslutningssikker, detaljeorienteret, proaktiv og imødekommende

– Drives af at levere stærke resultater – både i drift og udvikling
