Die Optimus Tower Austria GmbH ist ein dynamisches Unternehmen und betreibt seit 2020 mehr als 4.700 Telekommunikationsstandorte in städtischen und ländlichen Gebieten, die über ganz Österreich verteilt sind. Mit einem der größten flächendeckenden Funkmast-Netzwerken Österreichs ermöglichen wir erstklassige Services für Telekommunikationsanbieter, den öffentlichen Sektor und zahlreiche weitere Kunden.

Selbst am höchsten Punkt von Österreich am Großglockner wird Infrastruktur für eine reibungslose Mobilfunkversorgung bereit gestellt. Eine größere Anzahl von Standorten wurde in Gebieten mit schwacher oder nicht vorhandener Mobilfunkabdeckung errichtet, um den Einwohnern in bisher unter- oder nichtversorgten Bereichen neben einer stabilen Mobilfunkversorgung auch den Zugang zu einer schnellen Internetanbindung zu ermöglichen. Weitere Standorte werden in den nächsten Jahren errichtet, um dieses Vorhaben über ganz Österreich zu erfüllen.

Wir suchen eine detailorientierte und motivierte Persönlichkeit zur Verstärkung unseres Buchhaltungsteams. Die erfolgreiche Kandidatin bzw. der erfolgreiche Kandidat unterstützt bei den täglichen Finanzprozessen, einschließlich Buchführung, Erstellung von Finanzberichten sowie bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen. Diese Position bietet eine hervorragende Gelegenheit für Menschen, die ihre Karriere im Bereich Rechnungswesen und Finanzen vorantreiben möchten.

Ihre Aufgaben

Unterstützung bei der Pflege korrekter Finanzdaten und Hauptbücher

* Erfassung und Verarbeitung von Geschäftsvorfällen (Debitoren/Kreditoren)

* Erstellung und Analyse von Finanzberichten (Bilanz, Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung)

* Abstimmung von Bankkonten und Klärung von Differenzen

* Mitwirkung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten

* Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen zur Sicherstellung korrekter Finanzberichterstattung

* Unterstützung bei Post-Merger-Integrationen zur Einhaltung interner Richtlinien und Finanzvorgaben

Ihr Profil

* Laufendes Studium oder Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Rechnungswesen oder verwandten Bereichen (z. B. HAK-Matura)

* 3-4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Finanz- oder Rechnungswesen (auch Berufseinsteiger:innen willkommen)

* Grundkenntnisse in Buchhaltungsprinzipien und -prozessen

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel und Word) sowie erste Erfahrungen mit Buchhaltungssoftware (z. B. QuickBooks, SAP o. ä.)

* Hohe Genauigkeit und ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit

* Selbstständige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Analytisches Denkvermögen und Problemlösungskompetenz

* Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch

* Lernbereitschaft und Motivation zur Weiterentwicklung im Rechnungswesen

Entlohnung: ca. EUR 3.000 brutto pro Monat auf Basis 38,5 Std/Woche - je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine Überbezahlung vorgesehen.
