Le mandat vise à établir un partenariat à long terme avec un prestataire de services de premier plan afin d'accompagner dans l'amélioration de la gestion et de la performance de leur portefeuille de projets en ressources informationnelles. Le mandat s'inscrit dans une démarche ambitieuse de transformation organisationnelle. Relevant du Secteur de l'innovation et de la performance, la Direction de l'amélioration continue et de la gestion de projets assure la gouvernance des mandats stratégiques réalisés en mode projet et coordonne la mise en œuvre des principaux chantiers numériques, contribuant ainsi à la modernisation des services. Tes missions seront notamment: De soutenir les chargés de projets (documents de gestion : ordre du jour, compte rendu, état de situation, demandes de changement, revues mensuelles, bilans); L'élaboration/suivi/mise à jour des plans de projets et plans de continuité des services RI; La reddition de comptes et analyses d'impact des services critiques; La qualité, cohérence et standardisation; Le soutien-conseil en planification, suivi et contrôle; La gestion de la structure documentaire; La mise à jour du suivi budgétaire. Profil Tu as le profil suivant : Avoir (3) années d'expérience en tant que conseiller en planification et contrôle de projet dans le domaine des TI. Avoir (3) années d'expérience dans l'utilisation des outils de gestion de projets Microsoft : Microsoft Project, Project Online et fonctionnalités de gestion de portefeuille (EPM) Avoir (2) années d'expérience à titre de collaborateur auprès des chargés de projets, incluant la préparation et la mise à jour des documents de gestion de projet (ordre du jour, compte rendu, état de situation, demandes de changement, revues de projet mensuelles, bilans). Avoir (3) années d'expérience dans l'utilisation des outils de Microsoft 365.
