Nossa cultura é movida pela agilidade, inovação e paixão pelo cliente, em um ambiente dinâmico, colaborativo e com oportunidades de desenvolvimento profissional.Venha fazer parte do nosso time e construir o futuro com a gente!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir processos seletivos de ponta a ponta para posições operacionais, administrativas, técnicas, estratégicas e de liderança.Realizar alinhamentos de perfil com gestores, definindo requisitos, competências e estratégias de atração.Desenvolver estratégias de hunting e mapeamento de mercado para posições de maior complexidade.Realizar triagem curricular, entrevistas por competências e elaboração de pareceres técnicos.Gerenciar o pipeline de candidatos, garantindo agilidade, qualidade e cumprimento dos prazos acordados.Atuar como parceiro dos gestores, oferecendo suporte consultivo nas decisões de contratação.Monitorar indicadores de recrutamento e seleção, como SLA, tempo de fechamento, efetividade das fontes e conversão das etapas.Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e propor melhorias contínuas nos processos e ferramentas de R&S.Apoiar iniciativas de marca empregadora, diversidade e inclusão e melhoria da experiência do candidato.Orientar tecnicamente profissionais da equipe e compartilhar boas práticas de recrutamento.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Psicologia, Administração, Gestão de Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas.Experiência sólida em recrutamento e seleção de vagas de diferentes níveis de complexidade.Vivência com entrevistas por competências, hunting, mapeamento de mercado e avaliação de candidatos.Experiência com indicadores, relatórios e análise de dados de R&S.Conhecimento em ferramentas de recrutamento, plataformas de divulgação e LinkedIn Recruiter ou similares.Excel intermediário ou avançado.Boa comunicação, organização, senso de prioridade, autonomia e capacidade de negociação com gestores.Informações adicionais
