Un Contrôleur de gestion sénior H/F

Vous serez rattaché au Directeur Financier, vous avez la charge d’analyser différentes sociétés sur un périmètre très large, d’un point de vue économique et financier, afin d’informer et de conseiller la direction générale. Votre travail appuie directement la politique et la stratégie de la société. Vous prenez ainsi en charge, au sein d’une équipe de 4 personnes, les questions concernant les outils de gestion, le prévisionnel, l’analyse, le processus budgétaire, le contrôle interne et la performance des entreprises.

Les missions :

  • Animation du suivie financier et opérationnel pertinent de votre périmètre à destination de la Direction,
  • Participation active à l’élaboration et au pilotage du processus budgétaire,
  • Prévisions financières et budgétaires,
  • Analyse des performances des entreprises,
  • Mise en oeuvre d’actions correctrices,
  • Le contrôle interne : réalisation d’audits internes mensuels,
  • L’optimisation continue des process et procédures financières et opérationnelles.

Profil recherché :

Vous avez une formation supérieure en gestion de type école de commerce ou équivalent universitaire et vous bénéficiez idéalement de 2 à 3 ans d’expérience dans des fonctions similaires en contrôle de gestion et/ou en Audit.

Qualités requises :

  • Pro-activité et forte orientation sur les résultats
  • Sens de l’analyse et de la synthèse
  • Force de proposition
  • Relationnel et aisance de communication permettant de travailler en transverse
  • Capacité de travail en équipe
  • Maîtrise d’Excel, d’outils de Business Intelligence, d’ERP.
