Sommaire du poste

Le ou la Coordonnateur(trice) contrôle qualité et Logistique est responsable d’assurer la conformité des produits à différentes étapes du processus, de la réception des marchandises jusqu’à leur expédition. La personne veille au respect des spécifications, des normes de qualité et des exigences des clients.

Elle joue également un rôle important dans le suivi des non-conformités, la documentation des contrôles, l’amélioration continue et le maintien des bonnes pratiques de qualité au sein de l’entreprise.

Responsabilités

Volet Réception

  • Réceptionner les marchandises et les colis des fournisseurs.
  • Vérifier les quantités reçues par rapport aux bons de commande et aux bons de livraison.
  • Vérifier l’état des marchandises et signaler les dommages ou anomalies.
  • Contrôler les références, modèles, numéros de série ou lots lorsque nécessaire.
  • Enregistrer les réceptions dans le système informatique.
  • Identifier et étiqueter les marchandises reçues.
  • Acheminer les produits vers les zones d’entreposage appropriées.
  • Gérer les retours fournisseurs.
  • Signaler les écarts de quantité, les produits manquants ou incorrects.
  • Maintenir les quais et les zones de réception propres et sécuritaires.

Volet Expédition

  • Préparer les commandes à expédier.
  • Faire le prélèvement des produits dans l’inventaire (picking).
  • Vérifier les articles, quantités et références avant l’expédition.
  • Emballer et protéger les marchandises.
  • Étiqueter les colis et préparer les documents d’expédition.
  • Organiser les livraisons avec les transporteurs.
  • Charger les camions de façon sécuritaire et efficace.
  • Enregistrer les expéditions dans le système.
  • Suivre les colis et gérer les problèmes de livraison.
  • Traiter les retours clients.
  • S’assurer que les commandes partent dans les délais prévus.

Volet Contrôle de la qualité et amélioration continue

  • Effectuer le suivi des non-conformités et y apporter les actions correctives nécessaires;
  • Participer à la résolution des problèmes;
  • Effectuer des inspections et audits internes;
  • Participer à l’amélioration continue des procédures de qualité;
  • Assurer la tenue des dossiers de qualité.

Quality Control and Logistics Coordinator

Position Summary

The Quality Control and Logistics Coordinator is responsible for ensuring product compliance at various stages of the process, from receiving goods through to shipment. This position ensures compliance with product specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements.

The Coordinator also plays an important role in monitoring non-conformities, maintaining quality control documentation, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and promoting good quality practices throughout the company.

Responsibilities

Receiving

  • Receive goods and shipments from suppliers.
  • Verify quantities received against purchase orders and delivery notes.
  • Inspect the condition of goods and report any damage or discrepancies.
  • Verify product references, models, serial numbers, or lot numbers when required.
  • Record receipts in the computer system.
  • Identify and label received goods.
  • Move products to the appropriate storage areas.
  • Manage supplier returns.
  • Report quantity discrepancies, missing products, or incorrect items.
  • Keep loading docks and receiving areas clean and safe.

Shipping

  • Prepare orders for shipment.
  • Pick products from inventory.
  • Verify items, quantities, and product references prior to shipment.
  • Package and protect goods appropriately.
  • Label packages and prepare shipping documentation.
  • Coordinate deliveries with carriers.
  • Load trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Record shipments in the system.
  • Track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
  • Process customer returns.
  • Ensure orders are shipped within the required timelines.

Quality Control and Continuous Improvement

  • Follow up on non-conformities and implement the necessary corrective actions.
  • Participate in problem-solving activities.
  • Conduct internal inspections and audits.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of quality procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records.
