Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to join the AI4Support team and drive the delivery of scalable, cloud-based machine learning and AI solutions. This role will lead programs spanning machine learning, natural language processing, large language models, and generative AI—from initial planning and experimentation through production deployment and adoption. The successful candidate will work closely with applied scientists, machine learning engineers, software engineers, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business and customer challenges into coordinated execution plans that deliver measurable customer impact.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate is a results-driven program leader with strong technical fluency who can navigate complex, ambiguous problems and align teams around shared goals. This includes defining program scope, milestones, success metrics, and delivery plans; managing dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs; and driving decisions to keep initiatives on track. A core responsibility is owning the design and security approval processes, including coordinating reviews, ensuring required documentation is complete, tracking feedback and remediation, and securing approvals to meet delivery milestones. The Senior Program Manager will establish effective program governance, communicate progress and challenges to leadership, and coordinate readiness across model evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and operational support to ensure reliable, scalable solutions.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $67,900 to $166,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
