The posting

Jij bent het eerste én laatste gezicht dat patiënten zien, en je weet dat een warme ontvangst het halve werk is. Bij KTI Hilversum start je als baliemedewerker in een fijne, overzichtelijke praktijk in de bosrijke omgeving van Hilversum. Ben je nieuwsgierig naar wat er in de behandelkamer gebeurt? Dan leiden we je intern op tot tandartsassistente, zodat je in een combinatiefunctie zowel aan de balie als aan de stoel werkt.

Wat ga je doen? Bij KTI Hilversum draag jij elke dag bij aan uitstekende patiëntenzorg. Je begint aan de balie, waar je:

  • patiënten aan de balie en via de telefoon professioneel en met aandacht ontvangt
  • afspraken inplant, de agenda beheert en zorgt dat alles op rolletjes loopt
  • patiëntgegevens, recepten en correspondentie accuraat verwerkt
  • tandheelkundige vragen en pijnklachten beoordeelt op spoedeisendheid
  • klachten correct afhandelt en de juiste collega’s inschakelt

Groeien naar de stoel Na ongeveer zes maanden, als je de balie goed in de vingers hebt, starten we met je interne opleiding tot tandartsassistente. Je leert stap voor stap assisteren bij behandelingen, van controles tot implantologie en wortelkanaalbehandelingen. Zo groei je door naar een afwisselende combinatierol, met de mogelijkheid om je uren uit te breiden.

Over KTI Hilversum KTI Hilversum, de Kliniek voor Tandheelkunde en Implantologie, is een goed bereikbare praktijk aan de Utrechtseweg in Hilversum. We combineren de nieuwste inzichten met een groot gastvrijheidsgevoel. Iedere patiënt wordt door zijn of haar vaste tandarts geholpen, waardoor je patiënten echt leert kennen. Daarnaast zijn we verwijspraktijk voor implantologie, met een NVOI-erkende implantoloog in huis. Ook voor preventieve zorg, mondhygiëne en endodontologie kunnen patiënten bij ons terecht. Patiënten waarderen ons met een 4,8 op Google.

KTI Hilversum is aangesloten bij Oral Care Nederland, een landelijk netwerk van mondzorgpraktijken dat lokale eigenheid combineert met meer dan 35 jaar internationale tandheelkundige expertise.

Wat bieden wij jou?

  • Een contract voor 16 tot 20 uur per week aan de balie
  • Interne opleiding tot tandartsassistente, met doorgroei naar een combinatiefunctie balie/stoel
  • Mogelijkheid tot uitbreiding van je uren
  • Salaris passend bij jouw ervaring en verantwoordelijkheid
  • Een overzichtelijke praktijk met korte lijnen en een collegiaal team
  • Werktijden overdag: de praktijk is open van maandag tot en met donderdag van 8:30 tot 17:00 uur en op vrijdag van 8:30 tot 14:00 uur
  • MBO 3 werk- en denkniveau
  • Ervaring in een klantgerichte of administratieve functie; ervaring in de tandheelkunde of mondzorg is een pré
  • Zin om te leren en interesse om intern opgeleid te worden tot tandartsassistente
  • Een patiëntgerichte, dienstverlenende instelling
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
  • Je bent een teamspeler die openstaat voor samenwerking en feedback
