Estamos em busca de uma Pessoa Operadora e Programadora CNC III para fazer parte do nosso time em Joinville/SC. Se você busca desenvolvimento, desafios e a oportunidade de gerar impacto em uma empresa movida por propósito, confira os requisitos da posição e venha construir o futuro conosco.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Desenvolver e otimizar programas CNC, configurar e operar máquinas CNC para a fabricação de peças, de modo que garanta a qualidade e a precisão, diagnosticar e solucionar problemas técnicos, realizar manutenção preventiva e corretiva, atuar em conjunto com as equipes de engenharia e produção para otimizar processos e reduzir perdas, contribuindo assim para a eficiência, qualidade e competitividade da empresa.
  • Realizar gestão do 5S nas linhas de atuação independente da fase;
  • Desenvolver junto as áreas de apoio metodologias e ações que reduzam as perdas do processo;
  • Manter-se atualizado quanto os indicadores da produção (OEE/ Scrap/ Sobrepeso/ Produção);
  • Manter os equipamentos nas fases de TPM alcançada e buscar sempre a evolução para as fases futuras;
  • Desenvolver, treinar e orientar OP.III e OP.II para as tecnologias diferenciadas (ex.: Biax/ Novafort/ FLAT/ Blowmolding/Grandes diâmetros/ Robô/ Usinagem CNC de luvas correr/ CPVC/ Fita veda rosca/ Moldes complexos como TILL, 3 machos e com giro);
  • Planejar e realizar os setups de moldes ou ferramentas, seguindo o sequenciamento da programação de produção;
  • Realizar setup e regulagem de embaladeiras e outros dispositivos (CNC, SPIN, Linha Montagem e etc);
  • Parar e reiniciar as máquinas e equipamentos

Principais Requisitos:

  • Curso Técnico em Mecânica, Mecatrônica, Automação Industrial, Eletromecânica e Afins.
