We willen een team opbouwen van mensen met een doel. Daarom is Wavin Diensten momenteel op zoek naar een Technical Infrastructure Project Manager In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal functioneren van de technische infrastructuur en ondersteunende installaties binnen onze productielocatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat assets, installaties en technische dienstverlening veilig, betrouwbaar en kostenefficiënt worden beheerd en verder ontwikkeld. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen productie, techniek, contractors en externe partners en speelt een belangrijke rol in het realiseren van onderhouds-, verbeter- en investeringsprojecten.

Key Responsibilities:

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en bewaken van technische activiteiten binnen jouw vakgebied. Daarbij stuur je externe partijen aan, bewaak je prestaties en serviceafspraken en zorg je ervoor dat technische risico's tijdig worden gesignaleerd en beheerst.

Daarnaast werk je continu aan het verbeteren van de betrouwbaarheid, beschikbaarheid en efficiëntie van installaties en technische voorzieningen. Je levert hiermee een directe bijdrage aan een veilige en toekomstbestendige productieomgeving. De taken omvatten:

· Coördineren van onderhouds-, verbeter- en investeringsprojecten.

· Bewaken van prestaties, KPI's en service levels binnen contractafspraken.

· Aansturen en beoordelen van contractors en leveranciers op veiligheid, kwaliteit, planning en kosten.

· Identificeren en beheersen van technische en operationele risico's.

· Initiëren en implementeren van verbeteringen gericht op asset performance en betrouwbaarheid.

· Bewaken van budgetten en bijdragen aan optimale Total Cost of Ownership.

· Adviseren van stakeholders en rapporteren over prestaties, risico's en verbeterinitiatieven.

· Zorgdragen voor naleving van wet- en regelgeving, veiligheidsvoorschriften en bedrijfsstandaarden.

Requirements:

  • HBO Werktuigbouwkunde/Elektrotechniek of vergelijkbaar.
  • Ervaring met technische infrastructuur, utilities en werktuigbouwkundige installaties.
  • Ervaring met elektrische infrastructuur en industriele installaties.
  • Kennis van bijvoorbeeld water-, gas-, koel- en utiliteitsinstallaties.
  • Kennis van laag- en middenspanningsinstallaties en technische systemen
  • Minimaal 5 jaar relevante technische werkervaring.
  • Ervaring met projecten, onderhoud, leveranciers- en contractor management.
  • Sterke communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden.
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
  • Een proactieve, zelfstandige en resultaatgerichte instelling.
