Key Responsibilities:

  1. Verificar el cumplimiento de las especificaciones de los productos en la recepción/ evitar que se reciba producto que no cumpla con las especificaciones y evitar afectación al proceso.
  2. Preparar soluciones para el departamento asi como para los diferentes departamentos de Producción. / Que los Operadores den seguimiento a las características del producto en proceso para obtener producto terminado que cumpla con las especificaciones.
  3. Dar seguimiento a parámetros de control de proceso y a características del producto en proceso para verificar que los dispositivos de seguimiento y medición en proceso, así como los análisis que se efectúan en proceso no tienen variación/Evitar obtener producto terminado que no cumpla con las especificaciones.
  4. Llevar a cabo el seguimiento y medición del producto terminado evitando así, enviar al cliente producto no conforme con las especificaciones establecidas.
  5. Asegurar que el equipo de medición y prueba se encuentra en todo momento calibrado para evitar enviar producto no conforme al cliente.
  6. Mantener operando y dar seguimiento a parámetros de planta de agua sanitaria para dar cumplimiento en los parámetros establecidos en la NOM 001.
  7. Captura diaria de análisis de inventarios de producción. /Mantener actualizado el inventario de diario de producto en proceso y terminado
  8. Elaborar certificado de análisis en sistema SAP asegurando que el producto cumpla con los requerimientos del cliente. Evitar quejas de cliente por envío de producto no conforme
  9. Muestreo y análisis cromatográfico diario de celdas electrolíticas y captura de los resultados. / Para reporte diario de eficiencia operativa de las mismas.
  10. Análisis quincenal de cloro liquido de acuerdo a programa de seguimiento y medición y actualización de resultados de análisis en sistema SAP para entrega de certificados a cliente cuando se requiera.

SEGURIDAD Y SALUD EN EL TRABAJO Y MEDIO AMBIENTE

  1. Cumplir con las funciones y responsabilidades específicas de SyMA establecidas en la matriz de Funciones y Responsabilidades de Seguridad y Medio Ambiente
  2. Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos o instructivos de trabajo aplicables para lograr un optimo desempeño ambiental y de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, en la realización de las actividades en sus áreas de responsabilidad.
  3. Cumplir con los estándares establecidos en el Sistema Gestión de Calidad ISO 9001, Medio Ambiente ISO 14001, Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo ISO 45001 ISRS y SARI para administrar adecuadamente los procesos y mejorar constantemente la calidad de nuestros productos.
  4. Trabajar en forma segura apegándose a todos los estándares del sistema de seguridad y salud en el trabajo ISRS, SARI, e ISO.
  5. Cumplir los programas de calidad, seguridad y salud en el trabajo y medio ambiente de sus áreas de responsabilidad para el logro de las metas y objetivos de la Planta.
  6. Participar y colaborar en las iniciativas promovidas por la organización para fomentar un entorno organizacional favorable en el centro de trabajo, a través del cumplimiento de los valores éticos establecidos.
  7. Abstenerse de realizar prácticas o conductas contrarias al entorno organizacional favorable y actos de violencia laboral. Colaborar en fomentar y cuidar un entorno organizacional favorable y prevenir actos de violencia laboral.

Participar en los programas de desarrollo, capacitación y/o entrenamiento, para el desarrollo de habilidades, competencias y conocimientos aplicados a mis funciones y responsabilidades, así como participar en las actividades que establezca la empresa para controlar los factores de riesgo psicosocial.

Requirements: Ingeniero Quimico o Industrial

Conocimientos:

- Manejo de cromatógrafo de gases.

- Manejo de equipo de laboratorio.

- Conocimiento básico en balanzas analíticas.

- Conocimientos básicos de análisis químico cuantitativo.

- Conocimiento del Sistema de Calidad ISO 9001

- Conocimiento del Sistema de Gestión Ambiental ISO 14001

- Conocimiento del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo ISO 45001 ISRS

Experiencia:

Tiempo de experiencia: Analista de laboratorio 1 año

Ingles: Intermedio
