Proposito

Optimizar los procesos operativos y administrativos de la organización mediante metedologías y principios Lean

Principales Responsabilidades

Asegurarse de que se ejecute en tiempo y forma el plan de excelencia operacional determinado

Llevar el control de los distintos indicadores de lean manufacturing + 5S´s, asegurarando el cumplimiento de las metas definidas y presentar el desempeño en los distintos foros

Liderar proyectos de mejora continua y participar activamente en reuniones de seguimiento dando estructura con herramientas como Gantt y PDCA con el fin de garantizar la conclusión de los mismos.

Mantenerse actualizado en el uso de herramientas lean manufacturing, 6 sigma, 5S´s, MUDAS y a su vez mantener un programa de entrenamiento interno para la organización

Llevar a cabo un plan de mejora continua con eficiencias ejecutadas y medibles en ahorros mediante un programa de generación de ideas con incentivos y reconocimientos

Experiencia y conocimiento requerido

  • Ing industrial, Negocios Internacionales, afín
  • Mejora Continua y Cadena de Suministro
  • Experiencia relevante en estandarización (5S, gestión visual, tableros de control)
  • Herramientas de Diagnostico (VSM, Ishikawa, Pareto)
  • Analisis de datos (tablas dinamicas, Power BI)
  • Estandares de Calidad - Seguridad (ISO, Regulación local)
  • Lean Manufacturing
  • ISO y Sistemas de Calidad
  • De dos a tres años en puestos similares
