מטרת התפקיד

אחריות על ניהול ותפעול תהליכי הרכש השוטפים מול ספקים בארץ ובעולם, במטרה להבטיח זמינות חומרים ושירותים בהתאם לצורכי הארגון. התפקיד כולל ניהול הזמנות, מעקב אחר אספקות, טיפול בחריגות, שמירה על איכות הנתונים ומתן שירות מקצועי לגורמים פנימיים, תוך עמידה ביעדי איכות, עלות, שירות וזמינות

תחומי אחריות מרכזיים

· ניהול ממשקי עבודה שוטפים מול ספקים ושותפים עסקיים ברחבי העולם

· טיפול במסמכי סחר בינלאומי ובקרה על עמידה בדרישות רגולטוריות ולוגיסטיות

· עבודה מול גורמי כספים בנושאי תשלומים בינלאומיים וביטחונות פיננסיים, לרבות מכתבי אשראי (LC)

· תמיכה בתהליכי רכש חוצי מדינות ובהבטחת סטנדרטיזציה ויישום מדיניות רכש גלובלית

· ניהול מחזור החיים המלא של הזמנות הרכש, החל מקבלת הדרישה ועד להשלמת האספקה, הקליטה והסגירה הפיננסית

· מעקב ובקרה אחר מועדי אספקה, איתור וטיפול בחריגות, והובלת פעולות מתקנות מול ספקים וממשקים פנימיים

· עבודה שוטפת מול מחלקות לוגיסטיקה, תפעול, איכות וכספים לצורך סנכרון צורכי הרכש ותמיכה בפעילות העסקית

· טיפול בתהליכי יבוא ויצוא, לרבות עבודה מול גורמי שילוח, מכס ותיעוד נדרש

· ניהול ועדכון תשתיות מידע במערכות הארגון, כולל מחירונים, הסכמי ספקים ונתוני רכש

· ביצוע תהליכי בקשת הצעות מחיר (RFQ), השוואת הצעות והשתתפות בתהליכי מו"מ מסחרי

· טיפול בחשבוניות, זיכויים, החזרות וסוגיות מסחריות מול ספקים

· תמיכה ביוזמות לשיפור תהליכי רכש, התייעלות תפעולית ושיפור רמת השירות

השכלה וניסיון

  • תואר ראשון בלוגיסטיקה/מנהל עסקים - חובה
  • ניסיון של שנה ומעלה בעבודה מול ספקים, רכש, לוגיסטיקה או שרשרת אספקה – יתרון משמעותי
  • היכרות עם תהליכי רכש ותפעול שרשרת אספקה, לרבות סחר בינלאומי – חובה
  • ניסיון בעבודה במערכת SAP – חובה
  • שליטה ביישומי Office בדגש על Excel – יתרון
  • ניסיון בעבודה עם כלי AI ומערכות BI וכלי ניתוח נתונים – יתרון
