Propósito

Garantizar la satisfacción del cliente mediante el aseguramiento de la calidad de productos y servicios, la atención oportuna de incidencias y la implementación de mejoras continuas en los procesos a través de metodologías Lean Manufacturing.

Principales responsabilidades:

Gestionar el análisis, seguimiento y cierre de quejas de clientes, asegurando la implementación efectiva de acciones correctivas y la mejora continua de los procesos.

Liderar la comunicación con proveedores ante reclamaciones de calidad, gestionando acciones correctivas, recuperación de costos y emisión de notas de crédito cuando corresponda.

Implementar y asegurar el cumplimiento de los lineamientos de Excelencia Operacional (OpEx) en México, alineando las iniciativas locales con la estrategia corporativa.

Desarrollar e impartir capacitación al personal operativo y administrativo en metodologías y herramientas de Lean Manufacturing, promoviendo una cultura de mejora continua y eficiencia operativa.

Asegurar la implementación y gestión de un sistema integral de control de documentos (QMS), así como establecer un programa para la revisión de procedimientos y políticas que permitan la actualización de los mismos buscando agilizar los procesos y actividades sin comprometer los controles, así como estandarizar la estructura de formatos, diagramas de flujo y path de autorizaciones.

Monitorear, analizar y reportar a la Dirección de Operaciones y Corporativo el desempeño de los indicadores de Calidad y Mejora Continua, identificando oportunidades de mejora y asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos.

Experiencia y Conocimiento Requerido

Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Negocios Internacionales o Afín

Sistemas de Gestión de Calidad y Lean Manufacturing

Gestión y Administración de Proyectos

Excelencia Operacional, Servicio al cliente, técnicas de negociación

ISO9001

Entre 3 -5 años de experiencia en posición similar
