Propósito

Dirigir la ingeniería y desarrollo de proyectos que consiste en el diseño de los proyectos, soporte técnico, instalación y servicio post-venta para satisfacer las necesidades y especificaciones de los clientes actuales y potenciales, así como se asegura que los proyectos se realicen de acuerdo a lo programado.

Responsabilidades

  • Garantizar la generación de proyectos y ofrecer las soluciones técnicas que aseguren las especificaciones de los clientes con precisión y asegurar que los proyectos se gestionen de manera eficiente, asegurando la asignación de recursos que permitan el cierre exitoso de los mismos.
  • Mantenerse informado sobre el avance de los proyectos y los riesgos de desviación, para apoyar el flujo de operación y garantizar la entrega en tiempo de los proyectos.
  • Asegurar se trabaje de manera coordinada el área de diseño y el área técnica con la finalidad de garantizar que se desarrollen las mejores soluciones técnicas a los clientes.
  • Garantizar capacitación y asesoría técnica en riego y automatización a todas las áreas de la compañía, clientes internos y externos que apoye las estrategias comerciales y operativas, desarrollando soluciones creativas de acuerdo a las capacidades técnicas del producto.
  • Supervisar que los nuevos productos lanzados por la compañía, se les realice las pruebas en campo correspondientes que aseguren el máximo aprovechamiento y uso adecuado.
  • Garantizar que la instalación de los proyectos se realicen de acuerdo al diseño autorizado y ofrecer la asesoría técnica requerida al cliente de cómo ejecutarlo.
  • Establecer las condiciones del servicio técnico post-venta que de continuidad a la relación con nuestros clientes, resuelva sus necesidades y apoyar la relación comercial con los mismos.

Experiencia y conocimiento requerido

  • Ingeniería
  • Project Management
  • Inglés avanzado conversacional- INDISPENSABLE
  • Al menos 4 años de experiencia en posición similar
