Key Responsibilities:

Funciones

1. Administra los procesos de importación y exportación con orientación al servicio del cliente.

2. Administra los indicadores de importación y exportación en áreas de logística enfocada a la mejora continua de los procesos con el fin de garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos y metas establecidos por la empresa.

3. Utiliza tecnologías de cómputo e información disponibles, en el proceso de toma de decisiones para la operación eficiente de los procesos logísticos.

4. Gestiona ante los diferentes proveedores de servicios marítimos, terrestres, aéreos etc los equipos necesarios para realizar la carga programada en las fechas requeridas con el fin de cumplir lo requerido por el cliente.

5. Gestiona ante las agencias aduanales, dependencias gubernamentales o con quien corresponda los documentos y trámites de embarque necesarios para que la carga se pueda importar o exportar en tiempo y forma.

6. Gestiona y controla las solicitudes de anticipo de pagos correspondientes ante Finanzas para cubrir las operaciones necesarias que requieran ser pagadas por medio del AA o un tercero.

1. Brindar una atención oportuna y de calidad a los clientes internos.

1.1. Brindar Información oportuna.

1.2. Brindar soluciones en tiempo y forma.

1.3. Cumplir con los estándares de calidad en el servicio brindado.

ASEGURAR EL CUMPLIMIENTO DE LOS PROCESOS Y NORMAS ESTABLECIDAS PARA LA MEJORA CONTINUA.

1. Cumplir con los procesos y normatividades establecidas.

1.1. Participar en las establecidas para el cumplimiento de los procesos y normatividades implementadas en la empresa.

GENERAR UN AMBIENTE AGRADABLE PARA TRABAJAR CON BASE EN: SER VALIENTES, FOMENTAR LA DIVERSIDAD Y SER RESPONSABLES.

1. Participar en las acciones establecidas para fomentar un ambiente agradable para trabajar.

1.1. Cumplir puntual al código de ética organizacional.

1.2. Participar de manera equitativa con mis compañeros con base en el respeto, comunicación asertiva y efectiva.

Requirements:

· EDUCACIÓN REQUERIDA

· Escolaridad minima

o Licenciatura en Comercio Exterior /Negocios Internacionales o área afin.

· Áreas de experiencia

o Importaciones/exportaciones, Compras Extranjero.

· Años de experiencia

3 años.

· Habilidades Técnicas

o Uso de datos e información

o Manejo de PC y equipo de oficina.

o Incoterms

o Administración de Almacenes

o Agencias Aduanales
