Especialista de Finanzas

OBJETIVO: Mantener bajo control el movimiento financiero y contable de la planta, asegurando registros confiables y oportunos que permitan generar información clara para la toma de decisiones y el cumplimiento de los requerimientos financieros, fiscales y de control interno de la organización.

REQUERIMIENTOS:

· Carrera profesional en Contabilidad, Administración, Gestión de Proyectos o carrera afín.

· 4 años o más de experiencia en el área de contabilidad o finanzas.

· Conocimiento sólido de procesos contables, impuestos y contabilidad general.

· Manejo avanzado de SAP y Microsoft Office.

· Conocimiento de lineamientos y controles SOX.

· Experiencia en requisitos fiscales, SAT y validación de comprobantes.

· Experiencia en conciliaciones contables, provisiones, reclasificaciones y cierres mensuales.

· Conocimiento en cuentas por pagar, alta de proveedores y seguimiento de facturas.

· Experiencia en revisión de nómina, activos fijos y cuentas de balance.

· Deseable experiencia en atención a proveedores y coordinación de actividades del área.

· Inglés intermedio.

· Disponibilidad para trabajar de manera presencial en Netafim planta Hermosillo.

RESPONSABILIDADES Y DEBERES ESENCIALES:

· Asegurar que las facturas y comprobantes cuenten con el soporte y requisitos fiscales correspondientes, y registrar la información en SAP.

· Elaborar y analizar reportes de gastos, variaciones y movimientos financieros de la planta.

· Revisar y asegurar el registro contable de nómina, amortizaciones, seguros, licencias y otras provisiones mensuales.

· Elaborar y revisar conciliaciones contables, pólizas de contabilidad general y cuentas de balance.

· Realizar revaluaciones de cuentas contables y cuadrar acumulados contables contra acumulados fiscales.

· Dar seguimiento a provisiones de proveedores y realizar altas de proveedores en SAP.

· Revisar depreciaciones de activos fijos y apoyar en la presentación de pagos provisionales.

· Supervisar cargos intercompañía y asegurar su correcta aplicación y autorización.

· Preparar y facilitar información para auditorías financieras internas y externas.

· Dar soporte financiero a otras plantas y apoyar a la Gerencia de Finanzas en actividades y decisiones del área.

· Identificar, proponer e implementar mejoras que fortalezcan los procesos y controles financieros.

HABILIDADES Y CALIFICACIONES MÍNIMAS incluyen lo siguiente:

· Capacidad analítica y atención al detalle.

· Toma de decisiones y orientación a resultados.

· Organización y administración de prioridades.

· Conocimiento sólido de contabilidad y procesos financieros.

· Manejo de SAP y herramientas de Microsoft Office.

· Conocimiento de controles SOX y cumplimiento fiscal.

· Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y fechas de cierre.

· Comunicación efectiva con proveedores y áreas internas.

· Trabajo en equipo y colaboración.

· Liderazgo y seguimiento de actividades.

· Proactividad y mejora continua.

· Ética, responsabilidad y enfoque en cumplimiento.
