We are currently looking for an Extrusion Operator to join us at Chippenham. If you want to make a difference and work for a purpose-led company, please read on.

The role

· To ensure that machines produce at standard output and meet the production plan requirements.

· To ensure compliance with Health and Safety Policy and Procedures and that all work is undertaken to the appropriate standards.

· Participate in the development and implementation of Chippenham improvement plans.

· To enter and maintain all relevant information for shop floor data collection.

· To enter and maintain all relevant information as required to meet QC standards.

· To complete autonomous maintenance tasks as per schedules.

· To undertake work in other operational departments should the need arise.

The profile

· Previous experience of short/medium size batch production.

· Must be able to plan and organize activities of self

· Must be able to communicate effectively.

· Demonstrable flexibility and adaptable work ethic

· H&S Level 1 responsibility statement

· Willingness to embrace change and improve processes a systems develop

· Practical experience of Extrusion manufacturing process
