We willen een team opbouwen van mensen met een doel. Daarom is Wavin momenteel op zoek naar een HSE Manager . De HSE Manager geeft aan een team van HSE Adviseurs binnen de organisatie, met twee directe medewerkers en functionele (dotted-line) aansturing richting de HSE-verantwoordelijken binnen de verschillende afdelingen. De HSE Manager rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Site Manager en werkt nauw samen met onze Europese Operations-organisatie.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leidinggeven aan en versnellen van de veiligheids-, gezondheids- en milieucultuur binnen de Benelux-organisatie, door gewenst gedrag zichtbaar te stimuleren en duurzaam te verankeren op alle organisatieniveaus.
  • Ontwikkelen, implementeren en bewaken van de Benelux HSE-strategie, programma’s en verbeterinitiatieven, gericht op het realiseren van een proactieve veiligheids- en compliance cultuur.
  • Fungeren als strategisch sparringpartner voor management en operations op het gebied van HSE-risico’s, compliance, performance en organisatieontwikkeling.
  • Waarborgen van naleving van relevante wet- en regelgeving, bedrijfsstandaarden en certificeringseisen, en vertalen van externe ontwikkelingen naar beleid en concrete verbeteracties.
  • Identificeren, analyseren en beheersen van operationele en strategische HSE-risico’s, inclusief het initiëren en leiden van continue verbetertrajecten.
  • Vertegenwoordigen van de organisatie richting toezichthouders, inspectiediensten, certificerende instellingen en andere externe stakeholders.
  • Leiden of begeleiden van incidentonderzoeken, inclusief root cause analyses, en borgen van effectieve corrigerende en preventieve maatregelen.
  • Monitoren, analyseren en rapporteren van HSE-prestaties binnen de Benelux-organisatie en het stimuleren van een datagedreven aanpak gericht op continue verbetering.
  • Samenwerken met Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Quality en HR om HSE-principes structureel te integreren in processen, projecten en besluitvorming.
  • Aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van het Benelux HSE-team om een hoog niveau van expertise, eigenaarschap en performance te waarborgen.

Requirements:

  • Beschikt over een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in Integrale Veiligheidskunde, Security Management, Operations Management, Procestechnologie of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Minimaal 7 jaar ervaring heeft in een senior HSE-functie binnen een complexe, industriële omgeving.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring heeft met het leiden van HSE-programma’s, cultuurverandering en compliance-trajecten.
  • Ervaring heeft binnen een internationale matrixorganisatie en productieomgeving.
  • Een sterke people leader is die teams weet te inspireren, ontwikkelen en verbinden.
  • Uitstekende samenwerkings- en stakeholdermanagementvaardigheden meebrengt.
  • Kennis van ISO14001, ISO 450001 en ISO 50001 is een pre
