Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

OBJETIVO: Ser socio estratégico de la operación y del Plant Manager en nuestra planta de Hermosillo, impulsando la estrategia de Recursos Humanos del sitio, la experiencia del empleado, la gestión de talento, los procesos de cambio, el cumplimiento laboral y la implementación de procesos globales de People.

REQUERIMIENTOS:

· Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Ciencias Sociales, Administración de Empresas o carrera afín.

· Mínimo 3 años de experiencia como HRBP, o 5+ años como HR Generalist en una empresa global de tamaño mediano.

· Experiencia en ambiente de manufactura y atención directa a líderes y empleados de planta.

· Conocimiento amplio de Recursos Humanos: talento, desempeño, relaciones con empleados y compensación.

· Conocimiento práctico de la Ley Federal del Trabajo y relaciones laborales en México.

· Conocimiento de IMSS, INFONAVIT, STPS y obligaciones laborales aplicables en México.

· Experiencia en procesos de reclutamiento, onboarding, capacitación y desarrollo.

· Capacidad para utilizar métricas de RH para apoyar decisiones y resultados del negocio.

· Experiencia en manejo de indicadores, headcount y costos laborales.

· Habilidad para asesorar, influir y construir relaciones efectivas con líderes.

· Inglés avanzado, escrito y verbal.

· Manejo intermedio de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word y PowerPoint).

RESPONSABILIDADES Y DEBERES ESENCIALES:

· Acompañar al Plant Manager en temas de gestión de la fuerza laboral, cambios organizacionales, estructura y efectividad de equipos.

· Mantener una relación cercana con gerentes, jefes de departamento y líderes de equipo para atender las necesidades de la operación.

· Diseñar, administrar y desplegar políticas, procedimientos y prácticas de Recursos Humanos.

· Liderar los procesos de reclutamiento, onboarding, colocación y capacitación de la planta.

· Mantener diálogo continuo con los empleados y gestionar temas de experiencia, bienestar y relaciones laborales.

· Coordinar programas de capacitación y apoyar planes de desarrollo profesional e individual.

· Preparar y analizar indicadores de RH, headcount y costos laborales para generar recomendaciones y acciones de mejora.

· Impulsar iniciativas de engagement, clima, diversidad e inclusión, y dar seguimiento a planes de acción.

· Asegurar el cumplimiento de la legislación laboral, IMSS, INFONAVIT, STPS y NOMs aplicables, incluyendo NOM-035.

· Coordinar con Payroll y HR México los procesos de nómina, obligaciones estatutarias y PTU.

· Gestionar relaciones sindicales y asuntos de contrato colectivo cuando aplique, así como apoyar inspecciones y requerimientos laborales.

· Capacidad para trabajar de manera hands-on en actividades tácticas cuando sea necesario.

· Organización y capacidad para manejar múltiples prioridades en un entorno dinámico.

· Trabajo en equipo y colaboración con funciones de RH locales, regionales y globales.

· Orientación a resultados y mejora continua.

· Confidencialidad, criterio profesional y sentido de responsabilidad.
